Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Technician to join our workshop on a full-time, self-employed basis. This is an on-site role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and can work confidently both independently and as part of a small team. Vehicles You’ll Work On You will be working on a wide variety of vehicles, including high-end luxury and performance cars, such as: • Rolls-Royce, • Bentley, • Ferrari, • Lamborghini, • Aston Martin, • BMW, • Mercedes-Benz, • Lexus, • Audi, • Porsche, • Land Rover Key Responsibilities • Servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of vehicles, • Accurate diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults, • Maintaining extremely high standards of workmanship, especially on luxury vehicles, • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally, • Keeping the workshop clean and organised, • Working effectively within a small, close-knit team Requirements • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the motor trade, • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, • MOT licence not required, but preferred, • Reliable with excellent timekeeping, • Able to work well in a small team, • Confident working independently, • A valid UK driving License Working Hours • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm, • Occasional weekend work available, • Paid at time and a half, • Optional and not expected Salary • Salary/rate to be discussed after the interview process and following a trial period What We Offer • Work on an outstanding range of luxury, performance, and premium vehicles, • A friendly, supportive, tight-knit team, • Stable, full-time on-site work, • Optional overtime at enhanced rates, • A workshop environment that genuinely suits car enthusiasts, • Discounted parts for your own vehicle
