SEN Learning Support Assistant Salisbury Prospero Teaching is seeking a patient, supportive, and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive school in Salisbury. This position involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to deliver personalised support that helps pupils stay engaged, build confidence, regulate emotions, and develop key learning skills.
