This is a permanent position open to full-time and part-time applicants with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadershipfor the right candidate. The Role Position: Year 1 Class Teacher Location: Lincolnshire Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Considered TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate) As our Year 1 Teacher you will: • Deliver engaging phonics-rich lessons that develop early reading and writing skills., • Prepare pupils for the Phonics Screening Check where applicable., • Plan learning that secures strong foundations in number vocabulary and confidence., • Use formative assessment to adapt teaching and promote progress for all pupils., • Create a nurturing classroom culture where pupils feel safe valued and challenge-seeking., • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support every childs development., • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)., • Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 ideally Year 1., • Have a secure knowledge of phonics early reading early maths and behaviour management., • Are reflective organised and excellent communicators., • Demonstrate creativity energy and a commitment to inclusion., • Supportive friendly staff and well-behaved pupils., • Strong CPD coaching and career progression., • Collaborative planning time and supportive leadership., • Flexibility for full-time or part-time working., • TLR opportunities where appropriate.
