Job responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate front‑of-house staff including shift scheduling and daily duties. Ensure customers receive timely, polite, and high-quality service. Coordinate between kitchen and front‑of-house to ensure orders are served correctly and on time. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints or special requests politely and effectively. Oversee cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas, ensuring high standards. Monitor stock of front‑of-house items (napkins, condiments, packaging for takeaway, etc.) and liaise with kitchen or management to restock. Support management in improving service, workflow and customer experience. Job specification: Good customer service skills. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Confident to direct a small team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
