We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our head office team and contribute to our growth. β€’ Identify and secure new business opportunities, including new store locations and franchise partnerships., β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, franchisees, and suppliers., β€’ Oversee the franchise onboarding process, from initial enquiry to store launch., β€’ Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Finance teams to ensure project feasibility and perform ROI analysis., β€’ Prepare and deliver business proposals, financial projections, and presentations for potential partners., β€’ Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas., β€’ Support marketing and branding initiatives to enhance IRO Sushi’s presence across the UK., β€’ Ensure all new projects align with the brand’s quality, design, and operational standards., β€’ Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development, preferably within hospitality, retail, or franchising., β€’ Proven track record of business expansion, franchise sales, or site acquisition., β€’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills., β€’ Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects., β€’ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team., β€’ Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to new and existing sites., β€’ Competitive salary with an attractive commission/bonus scheme., β€’ Opportunity to work directly with the Head of Operations and CEO in a fast-growing national brand., β€’ Career growth opportunities as the company continues to expand., β€’ Dynamic and supportive team environment., β€’ Discounts across all IRO Sushi locations.
