Chef de Partie – Fresh Food Café & Staff Dining (No Late Nights) We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join an exciting brand-new café and staff dining concept in Brentwood . This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join a modern kitchen from day one and work with fresh ingredients, great equipment, and a supportive brigade. Our kitchen focuses on fresh food prepared daily , bold casual dining flavours, and high-quality staff dining in a fast-paced but well-organised environment. As a Chef de Partie , you'll work closely with an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef who are passionate about developing their team. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Chef de Partie Experience in a fresh food kitchen Passion for casual dining and quality ingredients Strong teamwork and organisation skills Food Hygiene certificate Due to the location, driving is required If you're currently a Chef de Partie working in a pub, café, or casual restaurant and want better work-life balance without compromising on food quality , we'd love to hear from you.
