Stock & Inventory Coordinator \n \n Permanent | Monday–Friday | 7.45am–4.30pm | Free On-Site Parking \n Are you an organised and detail-focused individual with experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse administration or logistics? \n Are you looking for a stable, permanent role where you can develop your skills and build a long-term career? \n We’re looking for a Stock & Inventory Coordinator to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with numbers and systems, solving problems and making sure stock is accurate and fully traceable. \n You’ll be an important part of the operation, working closely with Warehouse, Production, Supply Chain, Sales and Compliance teams to ensure stock is controlled and information is accurate. \n The role \n Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: \n\n • Monitoring stock movements, warehouse transactions and customer inventory\n, • Carrying out regular stock counts and reconciliations\n, • Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies\n, • Producing stock reports and providing accurate inventory information\n, • Checking incoming goods and production stock\n, • Managing stock-related Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)\n, • Maintaining accurate delivery, intake and traceability records\n, • Monitoring consumable stock levels and highlighting shortages\n, • Responding to stock queries from customers and internal teams\n, • Ensuring documentation and records are accurate and ready for audit\n, • Supporting company quality, safety and traceability procedures\n, • Looking for ways to improve stock control processes and efficiency\n, • Supporting the packing team on the production line when required during quieter periods\n\n About you \n You don't need to have done exactly this job before.
