Portfolio HR & Reward are partnered with a reputable professional services organisation who due to continued growth are looking for to recruit an Employee Benefits Consultant to work across a diverse, and exciting portfolio of clients. \n \n The role will involve: \n\n • Client Consultation\n, • Engage with employers to understand their business objectives, culture, and employee needs.\n, • Analyse any existing benefit programmes and identify areas for improvement.\n, • Provide expert guidance on benefits strategy, including plan design, cost management, and compliance.\n, • We also want you to help shape the proposition going forward as detailed in Key accountabilities\n\n \n Key accountabilities: \n\n • Benefits Programme Design and Implementation\n, • Develop tailored employee benefits packages that align with client requirements.\n, • Research and present suitable benefits providers, products, and services.\n, • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement benefits programmes effectively.\n, • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, such as pension auto-enrolment and GDPR. Communication and Education\n, • Create clear and engaging communication materials to educate employees about their benefits.\n, • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the department and commit to creating thought leadership work on behalf of the Employee Benefits Department.\n, • Conduct employee workshops, webinars, and presentations to explain benefits options and answer questions. Support Clients in Implementing Effective Employee Engagement Strategies Related to Benefits Programmes, Data Analysis and Reporting\n, • Collect and analyse relevant data, such as claims experience, utilisation rates, and employee feedback.\n, • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within employee benefits programmes.\n, • Generate reports and provide insights to clients, enabling them to make data-driven decisions. Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge\n, • Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.\n, • Ensure benefits programmes comply with legal requirements, such as pension scheme regulations and their associated tax regulations.\n, • Guide clients on compliance matters and assist with audits and assessments, as needed.\n\n \n Skills & Experience \n Essential \n\n • Degree educated in a human resource, business administration, financial services discipline, or a related field.\n, • Excellent listening skills.\n, • Be self-driven and pro-active.\n, • The ability to work effectively as part of a larger national team.\n, • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n, • Effective communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.\n, • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.\n, • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.\n, • Proficiency in using benefits administration software and tools.\n\n \n \n 51921BR2 \n INDHRR \n The Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position.
