We are looking to appoint a Peripatetic Manager primarily to take overall responsibility for site leadership where a service is currently without permanent management. The primary focus of this role is to provide full responsibility for services that are temporarily without permanent management, ensuring the effective leadership of people, resources, and operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and service, in line with regulatory, contractual, and company requirements. In addition, the role will involve providing targeted operational support to established site leadership teams where extra assistance is needed. This may include driving quality improvements, supporting business development initiatives, and enhancing financial performance across both existing and newly established services. This is a regional role covering Priory Adult Care's North Region and will require extensive travel. Ensure staff are inducted, trained, motivated and supported to achieve company standards and deliver the highest levels of care and customer service., • Lead the implementation of new services, drives referrals and admissions and share best practice with other sites and the wider team., • Responsible for achieving the agreed budget by maximising income, managing staffing costs appropriately and controlling other costs and expenditure., • Provide support to existing Home Managers in day to day operations ensuring that the service meets the organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal and regulatory requirements, environmental policies and general duty of care., • Registered Manager, with significant previous social care leadership experience, • A detailed knowledge of the regulatory and statutory requirements associated with social care is essential., • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a matrix organisation and to deliver continuous improvement via coaching, mentoring and strong leadership skills., • Demonstrable understanding of the key business activities associated with leading a care home, specialist service or supported living operation. Extensive travel and overnight stays will be required. The role may require you to be based at a site full time for an undefined period, meaning staying away from home throughout the week is likely to be required. While this may be within an allocated region, business need may dictate deployment to any site nationwide as required. Post holders will therefore need to be flexible. Run the ads. Work out whether the ads have made any money. \n If you can shoot and edit a decent Reel but also know your way around Meta Ads Manager, audiences, lead forms, budgets and CPLs, this should be worth a chat. \n The job \n Most of the paid activity is lead generation across Facebook and Instagram. \n You’ll build campaigns, manage audiences and budgets, set up lead forms and keep testing creative until you have a reasonably good idea of what works and what Meta has merely decided to bless this week. \n There’s a proper content element too. \n You’ll film and edit short-form video, create static ads and produce organic content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. \n That means getting colleagues on camera, giving them enough direction to stop them staring at the lens like they’ve been taken hostage, and occasionally appearing in the content yourself. \n You’ll need to keep fresh creative going into the account as well. Running the same three ads for six months and wondering why performance has fallen off a cliff isn’t the plan. \n There’s already somebody looking after paid search, so you won’t suddenly discover that “Paid Social Executive” also means PPC, SEO, email marketing, website management and fixing the office printer. \n The numbers matter \n A £3 lead isn’t particularly exciting if every one of them is useless. \n The business tracks what happens after somebody fills in a form, so you’ll be able to see which campaigns are producing genuine commercial opportunities rather than simply making the dashboard look nice. \n That information should drive what happens next. \n Scale the good stuff. Test the promising stuff. Switch off the stuff that’s eating budget without doing much else. \n You’ll also provide a straightforward monthly view of performance, spend and creative. \n What you’ll need \n First, we’ll want to see short-form video you’ve personally filmed and edited. \n Not something where you “contributed to the creative process”. Something you actually made. \n You’ll also need hands-on experience running Meta lead-generation campaigns and be comfortable managing campaigns yourself. \n Ideally, you’ll have dealt with £8k+ monthly paid social budgets. More important than the number, though, is knowing what to do when performance starts moving in the wrong direction. \n You’ll be comfortable producing both video and static creative, using Premiere Pro, Canva or whatever tools allow you to get good work out without spending three days choosing a transition. \n You should understand testing, optimisation and performance data, and be able to write clearly and accurately. \n Experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads would be desriable. \n Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, attribution and lead-form integrations would be even better. \n And because this is financial services, experience in a regulated business would certainly help. You'll lead the Customer Solutions teams, using data, client feedback and technology to increase engagement, improve service and reduce attrition. \n What You'll Do \n\n • Lead and develop the Customer Solutions teams, building a high-performing culture with open communication and the customer at the centre of every decision.\n, • Track client sentiment and usage patterns to spot where engagement can be increased and low usage addressed.\n, • Champion the client's voice internally, so that feedback shapes both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategy.\n, • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve issues, strengthen reputation and raise client satisfaction.\n, • Put strategies in place to cut cancellations and improve retention across every service line.\n, • Make sure every service issue is traced to its root cause and corrected promptly.\n, • Team up with payments colleagues to bring down the number of non-paying clients through better processes and communication.\n, • Streamline processes to cut service issues and improve efficiency, and work with scheduling teams to increase client contact time while maintaining service quality.\n, • Draw on engagement data, client feedback and operational metrics, from both automated and manual sources, to identify trends, drive improvements and reduce attrition.\n, • Provide senior leadership with daily, weekly and monthly dashboards and reports on SLA performance, operational challenges and engagement, with clear recommendations for action.\n, • Partner with technology teams to roll out and refine digital tools, including HR software and AI solutions, and find opportunities for automation or AI to improve the client experience and efficiency.\n\n You'll Bring \n\n • A background in a service-led, high-volume or professional services environment.\n, • Proven leadership of high-performing teams.\n, • A track record of delivering customer success strategies.\n, • First-rate communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.\n, • Confidence with data, turning analysis and insight into practical improvements.\n, • A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.\n\n This is an opportunity to develop a best-in-class team that drives service excellence, leads proactive retention and builds the close client relationships that underpin long-term success.
