Flexibility is essential. Previous experience as a support worker in a social care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided. We are looking for someone who: • Provide practical, emotional, and behavioural support to individuals who access our service., • Support adults with learning disabilities with personal care tasks, eating and drinking, and promoting independence., • Help individuals develop everyday skills and participate fully in activities., • Run programmed activity sessions within the centre and in the community., • Liaise with parents and carers and report directly to the Manager. Essential Requirements: Driver Full UK Manual D1 on Driving license – non-negotiable • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. ( English G.C.S.E), • Flexible and willing to adapt to new challenges and ways of working., • Has a good sense of humour and a positive attitude., • Good IT knowledge/skills/systems, • MIDAS Training *Some of our roles require males, females, race and age specific employees only.
