Fire & Security Service Engineer – Perth/Dundee – £36,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering Perth / Dundee and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Fire & Security Engineer or Fire Alarm Engineer looking for a stable position with a £36K basic salary, overtime opportunities, company vehicle and 25 days holiday. The successful Fire & Security Service Engineer will be responsible for the service, maintenance and fault finding of fire alarm systems, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems across commercial and industrial sites. Role – Fire & Security Engineer As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include: • Service and maintenance of fire alarm systems, • Fault finding on addressable and conventional fire alarm systems, • Servicing CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems, • Diagnosing faults and carrying out system repairs, • Ensuring systems comply with BS5839 standards, • Completing service reports and documentation, • Providing excellent customer support on site This is a field-based Fire & Security Engineer role covering Perth / Dundee Experience Required To be considered for the Fire & Security Service Engineer position, you should have: • Previous experience as a Fire & Security Engineer / Fire Alarm Engineer / Security Systems Engineer, • Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems, • Experience with system servicing, maintenance and fault finding, • Understanding of fire alarm regulations and compliance, • Full UK driving licence Experience with manufacturers such as Gent, Advanced, Morley, Hikvision, Dahua, Texecom or Paxton would be beneficial.
