Your focus will be on: \n\n • Leading & Inspiring: Drive excellence and motivate your team\n, • Quality Improvement: Enhance educational programs and operational processes\n, • Compliance: Ensure a safe and secure environment, meeting all regulations\n, • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and resources effectively\n, • Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community\n, • Professional Development: Foster team growth to provide exceptional care\nWhat We’re Looking For\n About You: \n\n • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager in a high-quality setting\n, • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams\n, • Excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements\n, • A track record of improving outcomes and maintaining high standards\n, • Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider leadership structure\n, • A child-centred approach with high expectations for quality\nQualifications and Experience\n\n, • NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3\n, • Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager\n, • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills\n, • A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education\n\n Ready to Make an Impact?
