What You’ll Do As a Sales Finance Analyst, you’ll be a trusted partner to our commercial, retail, and digital teams, ensuring sales performance and profitability are tracked, understood, and optimised. • Track Performance – Monitor and analyse sales KPIs across grocery, retail, and online, delivering accurate and insightful reporting to stakeholders., • Model Growth – Build, maintain, and refine revenue and margin models that power commercial decision-making., • Partner for Success – Work closely with commercial, retail, e-commerce, and marketing teams to understand drivers of performance and promotional value. Provide financial guidance to shape strategy., • Forecast the Future – Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with clear, data-backed insight. We’re seeking someone who combines strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and influence decision-making. • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling/reporting tools., • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach., • Strong communicator, able to bring financial data to life for non-finance stakeholders., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
