We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking and values-driven care provider seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead their catering operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a pioneering team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and creating an environment where every resident feels valued and respected. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, nutritious, and person-centred dining experiences, ensuring that all catering services meet the diverse needs of residents while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service. The Role: • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary, cultural, and medical needs, • Plan and deliver seasonal menus in line with regulations and budgets, • Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards, • Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen team performance, • Level 3 Catering (or equivalent), • Experience in a senior kitchen role (care setting desirable), • Strong knowledge of food safety and H&S, • Supportive environment, • Ongoing training & development Please contact Jade at Bright Selection for more information.
