We are looking for a motivated waiter or waitress to join our dedicated team at Qualia Lounge in London. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously., • Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them to the kitchen and bar., • Serve orders in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction., • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude., • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations., • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth service workflow. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
