Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative/Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.


Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.


Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and other documents as needed.


Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.


Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.


Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).


Perform general administrative duties such as ordering supplies, managing office inventory, and processing expenses.


Provide project management assistance on special assignments as directed by executives.


Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as required.


Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.


Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.


Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


High level of discretion and confidentiality.


Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.


Ability to work independently and take initiative.
