As a Travel Appointment Setter & Booking Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client appointments, assisting in the travel booking process, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from the initial consultation to the final booking. Your expertise and attention to detail will help ensure that our clients have a seamless and stress-free experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and manage client appointments for travel bookings.

Book Travel: Help clients plan and book their travel, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and cruises.
Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, provide personalized recommendations, and finalize all bookings.
Provide Recommendations: Use your knowledge of travel destinations to offer customized advice that meets clients' preferences.
Post-booking Support: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and assist with any adjustments or special requests.

Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Strong passion for travel and helping others.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Comfortable with technology and travel booking platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage appointments effectively.
Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
