Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Barista to join our team. This role includes hands-on barista training and the opportunity for advancement to Shift Lead for strong performers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and specialty drinks
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Take accurate orders and process POS transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Restock products and assist with inventory needs
- Support daily café operations and collaborate with the team
- Uphold Haraz Coffee House quality, standards, and brand values
Training Provided
All baristas receive hands-on, in-depth training, including:
- Espresso extraction fundamentals
- Milk steaming techniques
- Latte art practice (beginner to advanced)
- Drink recipe mastery
- Workflow efficiency and station organization
- Customer service standards and café operations
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn professional barista skills or expand their coffee knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
