Daycare looking for an Assistant with experience in working at a daycare home or a daycare center. Some of the duties include supervising and monitoring the safety of the children; diapering and potty training. One must also be willing to multi-task, have patience, a sense of humor, enjoy engaging children in creative and educationalactivities, such as building blocks, sandbox, art, dance, music cooking and more. $400 Skype - Monthly Part time 12 pm - 6pm Full-time is available starting 90 days after being hired. The Preschool School Aide supports the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. Key Responsibilities: Support Daily Activities: Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities. Provide one-on-one support to students as needed, fostering their social and emotional development. Classroom Management: *Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment. *Assist in managing student behavior and implementing classroom rules and routines. Qualifications: *High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in early childhood education preferred. *Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting. *Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children. *Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. *Basic knowledge of child development and early education principles. *First aid and CPR certification is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry children and materials as needed. Willingness to engage in active play and movement with children.
