We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will provide direct one-on-one therapeutic services to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support clients in achieving their goals. Job Description: The Music Therapist will be working within a Multi-disciplinary Team to assess, develop and implement an appropriate inter-disciplinary Individualized Education Program (IEP) for the students within their caseload. The student population is primarily non-verbal and non-ambulatory (in a wheelchair) who have a brain injury or brain-based disorder. In addition, it is critical to be part of the research efforts surrounding his or her assigned students as well as the organization’s research efforts. Successful attributes include a strong strategic focus, individual leadership in an environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement, effective communication with key constituents and stakeholders, and accountability for results.
