    We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA). Responsibilities • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by supervising behavior analysts to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors., • Collect and analyze data on client progress daily, ensuring accurate documentation aligned with HIPAA regulations and medical records standards., • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and toileting, fostering independence and confidence., • Use evidence-based behavioral strategies to manage behaviors effectively and support positive behavior management techniques., • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment approaches and care plans., • Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment logs, and behavioral assessments, adhering to confidentiality standards., • Participate in ongoing training sessions on applied behavior analysis, special education methods, and medical terminology to enhance your professional expertise. Experience • Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates., • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and behavior management strategies is highly desirable., • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient privacy is a plus., • Strong communication skills for working collaboratively with clients’ families and team members., • A background in special education or related fields can enhance your ability to support diverse needs effectively.
