Operator is responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, transport, and stack pallets of goods within a warehouse. 3. Ensuring proper inventory management by moving materials to designated storage areas while adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures; 4. Duties may include performing basic maintenance checks on the forklift and maintaining a clean and organized work area. 5. Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies. 6. Ø Determine the appropriate level of care according to ASAM Criteria Ø Obtain previous records that are relevant to the current treatment episode unless clinically contraindicated, and collaborate with the consumer to develop a written treatment plan that includes goals and measurable objectives, and is consumer-centered, and recovery-oriented. Ø Provide the substance abuse counseling services specified in the consumer treatment plan. Ø Review consumers throughout the treatment episode according to the ASAM Criteria, to determine the need for continued services, transfer, or discharge/transfer. Ø Review and, where necessary, revise the consumer’s treatment plan to address ongoing problems. Ø Develop a consumer discharge/transfer plan to ensure movement to the appropriate levels of care. Ø Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team for assigned consumers. Ø Provide active case consultation. Ø Document all counseling and education services, assessments, reassessments, referrals, and follow-ups in the consumer's clinical record, and provide appropriate signatures and dating of such entries, including those made in electronic records. Ø Retains the responsibility of meeting face-to-face with the Qualified Professional (QP) Care Managers Staff to review the CA and Treatment plan of the consumer for the development of an action plan to meet the consumer’s needs.
