A small real estate firm is seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to fulfill a combined role of property management, executive assistant, and bookkeeper.


Responsibilities:


  • Property Management: Assist with tenant inquiries, supervise outside superintendents, manage bookkeeping and accounting, coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Executive Assistant: Handle day-to-day office organization, provide administrative support, manage office operations, and assist with the principal's personal business affairs.
  • Bookkeeping: Manage multiple QuickBooks files and bank accounts, handle accounts payable and receivable, post credit card transactions, and prepare financial reports.

Requirements:


  • Must have prior experience in real estate or a similar field.
  • Minimum 3-year experience required.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with strong follow-up ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, QuickBooks).
  • Professional appearance and work habits.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Must have a car and the ability to drive.
