Monitor Driver Performance – Regularly inspect and observe drivers to ensure they follow safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Route Inspections – Check school taxi routes for potential hazards, road conditions, and efficiency, making adjustments as needed.
- Incident Response – Address accidents, breakdowns, or any emergencies involving school taxis and coordinate appropriate actions.
- Also cover driver routes when ever there is a call out
