The Remote and Road Dispatcher is responsible for managing and coordinating the efficient scheduling and routing of vehicles, drivers, or service teams to ensure timely service delivery. Operating remotely, this role involves monitoring real-time operations, communicating with drivers, addressing issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: associate degree or relevant certifications).
Experience:
Previous experience as a dispatcher, logistics coordinator, or similar role.
Experience in remote or virtual dispatch operations is a plus.
