The Role This is more than a plumbing position its a leadership and development role that blends technical expertise, team mentorship, and high-level service. You will handle complex plumbing jobs, support technicians in the field, and run weekly training sessions to sharpen our teams skills. Youll also serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring our plumbers have the support they need from estimating through completion. Youll set the tone for what professionalism looks like at 1-Tom-Plumber every call, every client, every job.
