What You Will Do: • Support individuals to reach their personal goals, from daily tasks to personal achievements., • Provide transportation to fun activities, medical appointments, and more, ensuring individuals stay connected with their community., • Support behavioral modifications and communication improvements, helping individuals thrive in every aspect of their lives., • Work with the individuals and other members of the team to develop service plans that aid the person in achieving their life goals., • Support and promote the individual’s health and safety., • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of service activities, including daily progress notes, interactions, and any additional information as required by agency guidelines. If the answer is yes, then this is the job for you! Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products!! Available Demo Hours: 10am-5:30pm ~ All days available. Weekends are the BEST commission days! This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with great pay! Compensation: • Starting at $26/hr + COMMISSION based on surpassing sale quotas, • W-2 Employment, • We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit! We have nine different products in Costco, and usually five on the table. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm — you get credit for whatever sells that day. This is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products. Sales Promoter Responsibilities: • Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers., • Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco., • Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo., • Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager., • Must be able to lift-up to 20 pounds., • Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 20 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift., • Ability to stand for 7 hours., • Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers., • Strong verbal communication skills., • Experience with direct sales.
