Qualifications: * DOE Teacher Certification required * Bachelor's Degree In Education Required * Advanced degree in Education preferred * Minimum of three years classroom experience in an urban setting * Proven track record of success in the classroom * Experience working with students with differentiated learning styles. * Experience supervising school staff is a plus. * May be required to walk up and down stairs. * May have to lift or move objects/materials as needed. * Work is permitted mostly within a New York City Public School but may be required to interact with community-at-large during trips or events.
