Generate reports and performance metrics to track transportation operations, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Qualification Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), routing software, and other relevant technology solutions. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation management, business administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered. Proven experience in transportation operations, with a track record of success in supervisory or leadership roles. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
