Command Digital is seeking a Financial Fulfillment Associate for the 1st shift (7 AM - 3 PM) for a fast-paced digital printing company. The Fulfillment Associate reports to the Shift Fulfillment Manager. This position works directly with the Shift Fulfillment Supervisor in the processing of client orders. In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to filling & tracking client order, recording & communicating all work performed to the highest standard. RESPONSIBILITIES • Pick and pack client orders in the most effective and efficient manner, verifying order accuracy by order number, product quantity and shipping each order, • Responsible for the verification and accuracy of all outgoing orders, • Provide superior service by analyzing customers’ requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, resolving, or escalating issues, following requests through to completion, and communicating progress to customers and internal teams, • Work with teammates to ensure daily workload is completed on-time and with high-quality results, • As needed, communicating with clients on the phone and through email, • 2+ years of Order Fulfillment experience required, • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus, • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Experience with UPS shipping software, • Able to handle rapidly changing priorities, and use good judgment in stressful situations, • Professional communication skills both verbal and written, • Strong organizational skills, • Strong attention to detail, • Positive, ambitious, energetic, hardworking with a strong work ethic and willingness to wok OT as needed, • Quick learner who is unafraid to ask questions, • Medical, dental, vision coverage, • Company-paid life insurance, • Voluntary long-term disability coverage, • Paid time off, • Company paid holidays, • 401(k) with company match, • Employee Assistance Program, • Employee recognition programs
