This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both designing high-quality graphics and working hands-on with printing and production equipment to bring designs to life. Key Responsibilities • Create and edit designs for print and digital materials (stickers, labels, banners, signage, etc.), • Prepare files for printing (layout, formatting, color correction, bleed, trim marks), • Operate and maintain print production equipment (wide-format printers, high speed label printers, cutters, laminators, etc.), • Ensure print quality and accuracy before final production, • Communicate with customers/clients to understand design needs and make revisions, • Manage production timelines and meet deadlines, • Assist with finishing tasks such as cutting, mounting, binding, and packaging Qualifications & Skills • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required), • Knowledge of print production processes and file setup (required), • Familiarity with large-format printers, high-speed label printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators (preferred), • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Good communication and customer service skills, • Prior experience in a print shop or signage business is a plus What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience, • Friendly and creative work environment, • Opportunities to grow and expand your skills
