Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT: * Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. * Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence. * Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans. * Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions. * Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment. * Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment. * Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT. Requirements: * High School Diploma (college preferred). * Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass background & reference checks. * Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities. * Experience with children/autism preferred. * Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
