Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally., • Support financial advisors by preparing client documentation, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Ameriprise’s CRM and other internal systems., • Process client transactions and service requests in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies., • Coordinate communication between clients and the financial advisory team to ensure timely and effective information flow., • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetings., • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred., • Previous experience in a client service or administrative role, ideally within the financial services industry., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software., • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team., • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance standards.

Job Description The Field Operations Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction materials testing and special inspection services for multiple projects within assigned territories. This role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage field personnel while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
