Job Description Job description The Crime Victims Center is a rape crisis and domestic violence victims' services provider, and we are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Finance staff member. The ideal candidate must know general accounting principles and be proficient in QuickBooks, payroll processing, AR/AP, grant vouchering, and records management. This candidate works closely with the agency finance staff and reports directly to the Assistant Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will display a positive and proactive attitude, have strong organizational skills, and be able to prioritize and multitask. There are no remote opportunities. REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years using QuickBooks software, • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience, • Grant Vouchering, • Office experience, • Employee time tracking experience, • Familiarity with Administrative Payroll processing, • Benefits, • Knowledge of payroll timekeeping software and payroll processing, • Familiarity with Fundraising Event Management, • Responsible for all phases of accounts payable and accounts receivable, • Maintain up-to-date employee time records, • Assist with preparing and recording Payroll, • Support and manage financial events and fundraising initiatives, • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and Word, • Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and reliable, • Ability to interact with both employees and vendors in a professional manner All applicants will be considered for positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic disposition, family care status, carrier status, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or other legally protected status.
