Full Job Description Host/Hostess Duties: - Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Manage waitlist and seating arrangements - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries Experience: - Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with Open Table or Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles - Basic understanding of restaurant operations and food service procedures If you enjoy working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, we invite you to join our team as a Host/Host.
