Job DescriptionDescription: • Maintain crucial well-rounded knowledge about the manufacturing process, materials, furniture/ millwork construction, and installation practices., • Responsible for preconstruction management of assigned multiple projects from award to completion; including coordinating drafting, scheduling, procurement & inventory management, production-assist, closeout/ safety documentation and client management., • Cross functionally working with Estimating, Production & Trade Partners., • Review specifications on architectural and design drawings for submittals in shop drawings. Detail typical millwork connections and collaborate with production to showcase innovative millwork engineering for custom solutions., • Collaborate with Arch/Design team as needed for changes and/or approvals of shops and submittals., • Manage the mock-up process for review and sign-off prior to full production roll-out., • Coordinate info and set expectations with trade partners supplying materials and finished components and/or services., • Track the timeline progression for all preconstruction work on projects., • Provide resolutions to mitigate any major delays and deliver on-track goods and services., • Ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the contracted time frame.Requirements:, • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, • Strong business acumen in project planning and management, • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
