The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks. Responsibilities • Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger, • Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records in QuickBooks, • Assist with monthly closings and financial reporting, • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures, • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required, • Experience in AP, AR, and bookkeeping, • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, • 401(k), • Employee discount, • Health insurance, • Paid time off Experience: Accounts payable: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Queens, NY 11355
