Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Citywide Marketing Assistant will join a 17-person Development and Marketing team at City Parks Foundation, reporting to the Marketing Director. This seasonal, part-time assistant will be the main representative for the Marketing team onsite at citywide shows for our SummerStage festival at parks across the five boroughs. This role will lead our marketing responsibilities during citywide SummerStage events and will support the Marketing department in various outreach activities. The Citywide Marketing Assistant will be supported by summer interns and will manage intern responsibilities at events. This role is an opportunity to work on diverse projects with massive New York City exposure. This position requires live event and production experience with a proactive and can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving proficiency, management experience, and the ability to work independently outside on nights and weekends throughout the five boroughs. About The Role The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the CEO and senior leadership at TixTrack by ensuring administrative, organizational, and logistical priorities are managed efficiently and professionally.
