She/he assures quality services by providing an environment that is conducive to their welfare of the people supported and in accordance with federal, state, local, and organization regulations and policies. She/he provides support to the Residence Manager in leadership of the team and serves as an advocate to ensure appropriate treatment, teaching, and protection of the person supported rights. She/he develops and cultivates positive relationships with families and other stakeholders. She/he monitors the coordination of individual appointments and activities, and the management of the persons supported personal fund accounts. The Assistant Residence Manager is responsible for the supporting the Residence Manager by working collaboratively with the Quality Improvement team to ensure the best outcomes for the program and individuals, ensures compliance with relevant regulations, and ensures that programs and services to individuals supported are person-centered and directed.
