What You'll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician or Behavior Technician at Dragonfly Cares, you will: • Work 1:1 with children to implement behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA., • Use data collection tools and technology to track client progress., • Build rapport and strong relationships with clients and families., • Maintain accurate, timely session notes and insurance-compliant documentation., • Participate in supervision and training to refine your clinical skills and meet professional development goals.
