This team is developing next-generation implantable neurotechnology, and they need an engineer who can bridge research, software, and machine learning in one unified workflow. What You'll Do You'll serve as a full-stack generalist on the Neuroscience & Algorithms team, helping build the infrastructure that turns brain signals into usable, reliable digital output. Your work will directly support patients and clinical teams. You will: * Develop and maintain user-facing applications for high-precision, real-time neural data processing. synchron * Manage cloud infrastructure and 3rd-party tooling supporting ML experimentation. * Build custom analysis libraries that power data science and machine learning workflows. synchron * Collaborate cross-functionally with Neuroscience, Software, Systems, and Clinical teams to bring research prototypes into production. * Support developers integrating neural-interface tools into broader system architectures. synchron What You Bring * 110+ years of full-stack software development experience. * Strong emphasis on Python backend and Swift frontend. synchron * Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and navigate undefined technical territory. * Passion for building impactful technology in healthcare, deep tech, or neuroscience. Bonus: * Experience with real-time systems, ML pipelines, or computational neuroscience. * Comfort working directly with research teams and clinicians.
