Position Summary Ethical Culture Fieldston School is looking for a Librarian to work at our Ethical Culture division in Manhattan. This role will have a focus on online resources and technology and be part of a library team. The technical services of this librarian's role will be to work with all members of our community, in person and by creating and maintaining the digital portion of the library services site. We are seeking a full time Librarian for the 26/27 school year. This position is a 1.0 FTE (full time equivalency) and the hiring salary for this position is $75,261-$184,830. Job Description To oversee and manage all aspects of receiving materials, warehouse storage, and issuing to production. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Receive in house or at the warehouse, all incoming bulk flour, ingredients, packaging, bakery supplies and equipment. Maintain GMP and HACCP standards by checking and or rejecting loads (if necessary) based on the following: • · Condition of the carriers’ truck, • · Condition of actual incoming load., • · Material meets company specification and the quantity matches on the invoice and P.O., • · Truck inspections to be entered into Safety Chain Enter all transactions into PRIMS.
