Job Description Job Overview of Director of Residential Services The Director of Residential Services is a member of the campus leadership team who oversees all service components of the Residential Department. The Director of Residential Services is responsible for the selection, training and supervision of all department staff and the safe and effective operation of programs and ensures that operations comply with all local, state and federal regulations governing such programs.
