Job Description Job Opening: Handy Man and general building maintenance We are seeking a reliable, dependable, and experienced Handyman / Assistant to support ongoing maintenance and general repair needs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled, takes pride in their work, and can handle a variety of tasks independently. Schedule: · Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with the potential to adjust to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · General maintenance and repair work of all locations as needed · Painting, patching, and basic drywall repairs · Small woodworking projects · Installing curtains, mirrors, shelves and fixtures · Repairing or maintaining small machinery and equipment · Performing minor plumbing tasks (e.g., fixing small leaks, replacing fixtures) · Assisting with miscellaneous tasks as needed Qualifications: · Must speak English and have reliable transportation · Proven experience as a handyman, construction work or in a similar maintenance role · Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, landscaping and general repairs · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively · Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy · Own basic tools preferred • Ability to lift to 25 lbs. WHAT YOU’LL DO The Maintenance Attendant is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the Beach Club property.
