The work we do helps clients navigate complex legal situations so they can focus on recovery while we handle the details. We're seeking a full-time Document Management Clerk. This is an in-office role (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), focused on organizing, processing, and managing large volumes of legal documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents are properly handled, categorized, and tracked so that cases continue to move forward without delay. You will work within structured systems to review, upload, and maintain critical case information while supporting communication across the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and consistency. • Base salary of $41,600 with total earning potential up to $50,752, • Quarterly performance-based bonuses (10%-22%) based on meeting performance benchmarks, • Paid time off and paid holidays, • Health insurance available, • 401k plan Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Bonus Opportunities Paid Holidays 401k Plan Responsibilities • Review, classify, and upload incoming faxes, • Scan, classify, and upload incoming mail, • Retrieve, rename, and upload NYSCEF documents, • Identify and post key information into Filevine, • Merge medical costs with chronology and timeline data, • Draft and send general correspondence emails, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to manage high-volume document workflows accurately, • Clear and professional communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, • Familiarity with legal terminology and case stages is a plus, • Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset, • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
