Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal Duration: 12 Months (Contract) – Possibility of Extension Location: North Castle, Armonk, NY (Hybrid - Onsite 3 days per week required) Rate: $50-60 hourly on W2 Key Responsibilities • Maintains the confidential treatment of documents, communications, and sensitive information., • Works with various stakeholders and online databases to gather and organize legal documents and other key information for legal proceedings., • Works with outside counsel to meet the document demands of legal proceedings., • Responds to and processes correspondence that may include administrative and technical data in the form of a draft or the finished final document., • Maintains files according to records management specifications and follows up with key due dates., • Maintains legal documents utilizing an electronic filing system., • Drafts routine and periodically complex communications for review and final sign-off by management or attorneys in the organization., • Organizes, prioritizes, and maintains workflow to meet and support the department requirements., • Takes accurate messages, records, retrieves, and relays information., • Research and summarize data from a variety of sources to maintain security guidelines.
