Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance and operations of a WhiteWater location. This role leads day-to-day operations, drives revenue growth, ensures operational efficiency, and fosters a positive team culture. The General Manager oversees staff development, upholds safety and service standards, and manages all aspects of financial and operational success. The General Manager reports directly to the Area Director. Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Leadership & Culture • Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace culture through coaching and leadership growth., • Lead by example, fostering a team-oriented environment where every employee feels empowered to lead., • Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees from drive-up to drive-out., • Address and resolve customer and employee concerns while promoting a respectful environment., • Create and communicate schedules for daily and weekly operations., • Ensure completion of all maintenance tasks, store cleanliness, and compliance with site standards., • Troubleshoot equipment and partner with Facilities and IT to resolve issues quickly., • Drive revenue growth through team development and effective customer interactions., • Utilize KPI tools to increase membership revenue and retention., • Perform payroll tasks, including reviewing and approving employee hours, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies., • Handle hiring, training, performance management, and employee development. Qualifications Education: • 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
