You will play a vital role in helping children build essential life skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals through structured, compassionate intervention. Key Responsibilities • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs, • Provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, • Collect accurate behavioral data and complete daily session notes, • Support skill development, behavior reduction, and social engagement, • Follow behavior plans, crisis protocols, and clinical guidance, • Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and families, • Attend all scheduled sessions and follow attendance policies, • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training, • Comply with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, and company policies, • Experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs (preferred), • Strong communication, observational, and interpersonal skills, • High level of reliability, professionalism, and accountability, • Willingness to receive feedback and grow professionally, • High School Diploma or equivalent required, • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations, • Reliable mobile device for in-session data collection, • Authorization to work in the United StatesCompany DescriptionABA Dynamic is an innovative ABA therapy company serving children with autism across the community.
