The Site Support Senior Specialist role focuses on ensuring environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance at our locations, with primary responsibility for our site in Kenilworth, NJ. In addition to site-level support, this position involves developing and implementing global EHS Learning and Development and Communications (L&D&C) initiatives, as well as providing support for operational L&D&C needs. It's a dynamic role that requires balancing the specific needs of the site while also addressing broader program requirements. The specialist will carry out strategies and tactics established by the EHS Global Head. CoreWeave EHS Organization support all global CoreWeave functions beyond operations. This position, as part of the Global EHS function, will also support all business operations across the company. Key Responsibilities: Site Responsibilities (25% of Role) • Responsibilities include compliance with OHSA Section 8, which involves, • Identifying potential hazards and proposing corrective actions while monitoring their implementation., • Conducting EHS inspections as per regulatory requirements and CoreWeave standards, including inspecting sites involved in serious injuries or fatalities and reporting findings to the Ministry inspector., • Participating in investigations of unsafe work refusals and assisting with Ministry inspections as needed., • Making written safety improvement recommendations and maintaining ongoing communication with management regarding any Ministry-issued orders or reports., • Reviewing safety-related information, test results, and workplace policies, and completing mandatory training (e-Learning basics or JHSC Part 1 certification), with refresher training every five years., • Develop and maintain a training EHS matrix for all sites to meet local regulatory requirements and CoreWeave expectations., • Develop, implement, and coordinate EHS trainings, both virtual and instructor-led, through professional knowledge or in collaboration with other technical experts, both internal and external to CoreWeave., • Support the development and implementation of training for other operational functions as requested., • Develop and maintain an EHS communications calendar., • Develop and coordinate the development of EHS communication to include but not limited to; monthly safety topics, safety culture initiatives, incident lessons learned, EHS performance dashboards.Minimun Qualifications:, • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an EHS field; advanced degrees and EHS technical certifications preferred., • A minimum of 5 years of related experience, including demonstrated experience with EHS training and implementation at local and global level., • Proven technical EHS generalist in safety, health, and environmental program management., • Proven experience in executing tactical EHS program elements - international facility level operational experience supporting EHS a plus., • A passion to introduce new technologies, platforms, and advances others while engaging and driving performance., • Proven ability to manage matrixed teams effectively in a highly dynamic and changing environment., • Technical expertise in Safety, Health, Environmental, and Sustainability., • Ability to balance many points of view while advancing strategy and vision., • Collaboration and functioning in a dynamic matrixed organization., • Ability to prioritize while handling multiple workstreams. The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
