Job Description We are a busy, patient-focused endocrinology practice seeking a dependable and experienced Office Manager to lead our day-to-day clinical and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all front and back office operations, ensuring seamless daily workflow for clinical and administrative staff, • Supervise, mentor, and schedule office staff; conduct performance reviews and onboarding for new hires, • Serve as the primary point of contact between clinic staff and corporate leadership; implement and enforce corporate policies and procedures, • Monitor and manage patient scheduling, provider templates, and appointment flow to optimize efficiency, • Oversee billing, coding compliance, and insurance authorizations in coordination with the billing department, • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable healthcare regulations, • Manage office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination, • Prepare and submit operational reports, staffing summaries, and KPI data as required by corporate, • Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, patient experience issues, and staff concerns, • Support providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care delivery What We're Looking For: • Self-directed and reliable — you manage your time, meet deadlines, and don't wait to be told twice, • Collaborative and adaptable — you follow corporate direction, implement changes smoothly, and keep your team aligned, • Strong communicator — written and verbal, with staff, patients, providers, and leadership, • Detail-oriented — accurate in documentation, scheduling, and compliance, • Calm under pressure — able to prioritize in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment, • Positive and professional — a culture contributor who leads by example Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience as an office manager or lead in a medical or specialty clinic setting (endocrinology, primary care, or similar preferred), • Experience working within a multi-site or corporate-affiliated healthcare organization strongly preferred, • Proficiency with an EMR/EHR system; ECW experience preferred, • Working knowledge of medical billing, insurance verification, and prior authorizations
